General Information/Catering Handbook
All catering functions are tailored to the individual customer and their guests. We have provided a Catering Handbook that offers a variety of selections and menu themes, however feel free to offer your own concerns and desires. Our expert staff is ready to assist you in ensuring that your function is professional prepared and served.
To begin booking your special function call our staff at 344-3545 and we will be happy to serve you.
Whenever you are ready:
- Please plan your function so that we have at least 24 hours
lead time to serve you.
- Know ahead how many you will be serving and the type of function you are looking to book.
- Remember that the more lead time you give us the better we can offer a variety of selections, so the more time you can give us the more choices you will have.
- There are no cancellations or changes allowed by 3:00 PM on the day preceding your function. Should you cancel after the deadline we will be obligated to invoice you for the full amount of the scheduled function.
What we will need to serve you:
- Date, Time and Location of the Function.
- Name of the Company and Cost Center.
- Contact Person.
- Number of Guests
- Telephone Number
