CATERING POLICIES AND GENERAL INFORMATION
MENU SELECTION:
To assure high quality and availability, we ask that you submit your menu selections at least two weeks in advance for banquets and receptions, and at least one week for coffee breaks. Please have information (date, time, location, number of guests) available when you call. Orders received less than 3 business days prior to the event will be accepted, if resources allow, however there is no guarantee of available service.
When deciding on a menu, please keep in mind the space where your event is to be held, Adequate kitchen facilities, workrooms, electricity, running water, etc., help us to give you the best service possible.
GUARANTEED NUMBER OF GUESTS:
Our catering department must have the final guaranteed number of guests no less than 3 business days prior to your event. If not notified then the estimated number will become the guarantee.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations must be made at least 2 business days in advance. Cancellations must be made directly to the Event Coordinator during normal business hours. A 50% charge will be assessed if cancellations are made within 24 hours of the function. If cancellations are made less than 6 hours prior, the client is responsible for the payment of the full amount of the event.
SERVICE:
Each Event is different and carries it's own special service needs. We will work with you to give the best service at the best possible price.
LINEN SERVICES:
If you would like seating table clothed for stand up reservations and continental breakfasts, this service is available for a cost dependent on the size of the table cloth required. We provide a variety of standard linen colors with white tablecloths as a base for all events.
PAYMENTS:
A 50% deposit is required from all off-site organizations at least 10 days prior to the event. The remainder of this balance is due at the conclusion of the event. Tax exempt organizations must provide a copy of their tax exemtions certificate at the time of booking. Any approved billing will be assessed 1% late charge if not paid within 30 days. An additional 1% late charge will be added for each additional 30 days.
ROOM SET-UP:
Our Catering director will work with you to decide on how the room will be set up. It is important to take into account all your specific needs. It is a great idea to have the room laid out on paper prior to the event.
